This is strange to me because i can take about 8 norcos 10/325 and be fine but if i take anywhere from 6-8 750s its a guaranteed puke fest. Could it be the apap difference or am i just crazy?

8 x 325 = 2600. 8 x 750 = 6000 mg apap.
SIX THOUSAND.
Its the apap difference, if you must take that many, do a cwe please. its fast and easy.

6000mg's of paracetemol.. Tbh I wouldn't go over 2 grams. 1 gram ocassionally. More because im pretty experienced with cwe but the less apap the better. Funny they rather us destroy our livers to get high.

it's definitely the apap. not even a question. I wouldn't take the 750 apap unless desperate. then I'd definitely do a cwe.

also I've found personally drinking a lot of water with opiates makes me puke. might just be me.

It's not just the acetaminophen that's making you puke, it's the opiate too.

Opiates have a common side effect of producing nausea, raised temperature and itch. All enough reason to feel sick.

Even pharmaceutical doses make me throw up.

usually true. but in this case the op is actually taking Lee's opiate than she usually feels fine on. the only difference would be the apap.

to anyone reading. never consume that much apap in one day, let alone one dose.

off you already have, you will probably ( can't say for sure - everyone's different) be ok. dont do it again or make a habit or if it.

I appreciate you bringing that up, didn't quite catch it. Acetaminophen shouldn't be taken at excessive amounts, 4,000 mgs is the recommended daily dosage while no more than 1,000 mgs should be taken every 4 hours.

As long as you stop abusing tylanol your liver should be fine. :)

And the maximum daily recommended dose of APAP per day has actually been reduced to no more than 3000mg (3grams) in a 24 hour period.

OP it is definitely the APAP that is making you sick. This is way to much and it is doing harm to your liver most likely which is causing you to vomit (it throws the enzymes wayyy off). Please start using a cold water extraction, you can do (and probably already are) permanent damage to your liver to the point that it can be a medical emergency and be necessary to have a liver transplant'...and they arent in big excess right now for people who need them. Are you having any abdominal pain too? Sometimes people can take too much APAP one time and it cause serious liver damage, some can do it for a year or two before it does..the point is, it can happen at any time..you could be fine the first 10 times you take too much but then on the 11th time it can have dire consequences. Just please be careful and if you are not familiar with cold water extractions, please do some research on it and start doing it. If you need any help or have any questions, feel free to ask..be safe.

I appreciate you not feeling offended :) I was just trying to be clear to the op.

and.. darn phone auto corrects lol

when i first started doing pain killers, i use to puke alot when taking pills. it goes away after a week or two of use. try not to puke tho until you know for a fact the pills are in your system or you could possibly throw them up and waste them. god bless, good luck
