I took a total of 20mg my first time (last night) and felt mildly high, but quickly became sick and vomited then the whole high was gone. Next time I try them should I take another 20mg or was that too much? I just don't want to get sick again

Its not that you were too high it just happens to some people. i have friends that always vomit on opiates, me tho, I so far (thank god) never have even once.

Considering you took 20 mg and bearly felt a mild high, next time you dose i would kick up to 40 mg. and for the sake of harm reduction in my post, try not to use the 7.5/750 .. rather get your hands on 10/325 much more liver friendly. but in all seriousness stop doing this drug it always leads down a dark path. best of luck to you.

take two and wait an hour. then take the other two if you feel cool. ill bet you will be fine to take all four. and smoking ganja wit em is great! I wouldn't drink, as it being your first time in all...but for future warning: do not take more than 4000 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol in the Norco.) If you can take something without Tylenol (acetaminophen) Happy high hunting. FYI the pills are usually like 7.5/325 or 5/500...first number is amt. of hydrocodone and the second is the amount of acetaminophen

also, chew them up a few times and then swallow with some carbonated beverage to help break em down in your stomach faster. and do not ever worry about CWE, bunch of fools making you over think it. just chew a couple, wait an hour, if you threw up off four, then year you are not used to it and eat a little something. before, but not to much and not during, because it will make you puke if you are that opiate naïve. happy high hunting
