hows it going yall. I have been taking a 5mg vicodin ONCE a week for the past 2 months. is it possible for me to become Physical dependent and have withdrawals if i take them like this?
 
No, you should be fine in that regard.

You can develop a psychological dependency when doing something like this however, especially if you are taking it for recreational purposes.
 
This is VERY true. My 20 year trip down the opioid rabbit hole started with one Percocet.
Please be careful.
