I know it may seem like the site is pretty far away for some people, but if is an beautiful site with lots of amenities not usually available at a bush doof. We have lovely showers (not one but 6! no less) and clean solid toilets too AND you can stay camp for free from 3:30pm Sat all the way to lunchtime Monday so you can pop off for a little visit to Halls Gap (it's only 1/2 hr away) and do some sightseeing or bushwalking or swimming or something cool like that.
So if you had second thoughts you should get over them and head to the hills tomorrow night to party it up in OZ psy style.
Ps
I have rang the site and they are very blasé, saying it is miles away on the other side, and not a worry in the world, also that it is under control and will be completely wiped out by tonight’s cool change out that way. There have lived there for 30 years and know best about how these things work out. Also we have arranged from the start for the fire department to be on site.
But I will do some more research now and get back to you if there is are problems
All looking good people, weather will be very nice
