I would think that as long as the drug is active in your body it will create whatever blood pressure issues are going on.. not just during the onset.

So I rolled with levitra, erection was slightly better but would rather just stick with cialis because of it lasting much longer, my gf stays horny even until the next morning after we roll, dat dere afterglow lol!

I often drop a Cialis the day before rolling. I do it to keep my partner happy, because personally I don't really care for the feeling that combo brings on.
Sorry to contradict but Cialis and Viagra tend reduce blood pressure not increase it.
I often snort poppers while rolling. The combo with Viagra will quickly cause your lips to turn blue. The combo with Cialis is slightly less pronounced but it happens as well.

I've never taken Viagra or any similar drug, but since I came across this thread, would this combo overcome the decreased sensitivity and decreased ability to orgasm or just make it easier to maintain an erection?

I don't have problems maintaining erection on MDMA, but I get nearly no physical pleasure from sex on it and cannot finish. I've found that 2cb helps restore sensitivity, weirdly enough. I don't fully understand why adding another serotonergic would do that, but it did.

If you get a harder erection from a PDE5 inhibitor such as Viagra or Cialis, then you may get a bit more sensitivity.
Or you might be able to keep an erection for longer.
But other than that Viagra or Cialis won't address the inability to feel pleasure and achieve orgasm.

Viagra in my experience only helps to keep you up. It will have no effect on the reduced ability to achieve orgasm. I've personally always avoided the combo with MD(M)A because I was spooked by the risks to the heart.
That said; I am surprised at some of the doses of viagra being mentioned in this thread. I have never had to take an entire tablet to get the desired effect. Everyone I know that takes viagra only consumes about 1/4th of a standard tablet. They crush them and eye-ball out about a 4th-3rd of the tablet. Since this has the desired effect even with people that have bad ED and allows them to extend their supply.
I've only taken viagra three or four times I think and I've never had to consume an entire tablet. My doses were always within about the 25-40mg range. When I've shared tablets with other people I've always given them the advice to not consume the entire tablet and they've never had any issues either. Two people I know with prescriptions who have been taking it for 20+ years now who are both over the age of 60 these days never consume the entire tablet. Their thinking (and mine) is to not take the entire dose because it would make it less effective in the long run and frankly be a waste of drugs. Perhaps it's different when taking it in combo with MDMA.
I have the same problem with MD(M)A that I have with all speedy substances and most PEAs I've tried. The old dick becoming a turtle head problem. I got it on substances like 25e as well and even LSD has caused it now and again. I understand the desire to please female company. But you have other ways to go about it. Plus a good old shake and play has always worked to get things started most of the time when I've tried.
