Has anyone ever heard of these either in the United States or Canada (or anywhere for that matter)? Is this possible?
 
Nope, such a thing does not exist. If your dealer offered you "k pills" he is most likely trying to fuck you over. There have been some suspected mdma pills tested on dancesafe that have contained ketamine, but i seriously doubt this is what you have run into
 
I've only heard of oral administration in pediatrics. Back when they still used ketamine as an anesthetic or as an induction agent for anesthsia. I'm talking an amount of drug that is weight based; mg per kg of body weight. They would put the liquid in an 8 oz. glass of grape juice, and have the kid drink it down. Whatever references I've come across in regards to use on humans makes no mention of any sort of oral form of ketamine.
 
the claim is that a modern vet is getting these, not even for sale really, just curious if the chap was likely shitting us or not.
 
Yes, people will put ketamine *IN* pills, but AFAIK there is no *LEGIT* pharmacutical pill that is strictly ketamine - it is an injectable anesthetic, and while it *can* be taken oraly, there are other, far more efficient medications...
So in my opinion - no, you wont find a "pharmacutical ketamine pill" ..

i have seen legitimate ketamine capsules (gel caps with powder) but not hard pressed tablets. They are possible though 'cause ketamine can be bought in crystaline form then easily bound together.
 
If you put powdered ketamine in a cap, thats not a "pharmacutical ketamine tab", it's simply ketamine in a cap ..

*k bombs* (K put in pills) are quite common over here (AUS).. You often find many of the shady dealers trying to pass them off as E.. Seems K powder/Vials are very hardd to come over here. But Strong K pills are fairly easy to find.. But if you know there k bombs (b/c you asked for k bombs) then obviously you just crush em up and snort the little suckers. One good one will put you close to a k hole.
 
what does a *k bomb* have to do with his question, NOTHING, he's talking about pharmaceutical grade ketamine that vets get which doesn't exist, PhreeX already pointed out the fact that they exist in on the illegal drug market in pill form, no need to repeat it.
