So about 36 hours I ago I took a suboxone, about 16 hours after that I took 1 30mg roxicodone, a few hours after that I did a few lines of some pretty strong coke, about an hour after the coke I took 1 more 30mg roxicodone. So now about 3 hours after the last roxicodone dose I still can't sleep at all so I took 5mg ambien. I've mixed roxicodone and cocaine on occasion and been fine, but I stupidly took an ambien without thinking. With that into the mix I am now very worried. I read that ambien can react negatively to suboxone and even though I took it 36 hours ago I am now very worried. I have an incredibly high opiate tolerance by the way if that means anything.

Will I be alright? Should I stay awake for several more hours? Would I be risking it by going to sleep now? I'm sorry for all the questions and whatnot I'm just worried. Thanks for the help.

if you have a huge tolerance, those doses don't seem dangerously high to me. 5 mg zolpidem isn't a lot too. how do you feel now? like, is your breath shallow, are you nodding hard, how is your heartbeat?
if you feel fine then there's no reason to worry imho.

I just feel a little tired and would like to go to sleep. I'm not nodding at all, it would take a lot of roxicodone at once to make me nod, 30mg isn't even close and the 5mg zolpidem is just making me a little sleepy but I can tell already it didn't do much. Breathing and heartbeat seem normal for me in a resting state.

If you stay up past 2hrs after the ambien dose you are most likely fine. Ambiens potency really drops hard after 2hrs imo.

Seems like everything was pretty spread out too.

if you're so worried do a couple lines of coke to help keep you up for a little longer.

Why would you mix suboxone, a partial antagonist, with full agonist opiates? Totally counter productive, but whatever.

The combinations you took certainly were not smart, but doesn't sound life threatening to me. You're obviously coherent enough to craft a post on the internet, so stay awake for a while longer, don't do anymore drugs, and you'll be fine.

Try to use a little smarter in the future.

I was just mainly concerned about the sub and the ambien. Is it cool to take those like 8 hours apart from each other?
