Benzos (Very) short term effects of BZ's? (One time dose to deal with stim crash)

SWIM crashed hard on some Ritalin today. SWIM has been using it to study, but has realized it more or less sucks for this purpose. SWIM is feeling really on edge, depressed, confused and there's some degree of suicide ideation going on too.

If SWIM takes a single dose of Bromazepam and goes to bed, wake up about 10 hours later, will it have a significant effect on SWIMs cognitive abilities tomorrow morning or into the next day?

No need to use swim. As for the question, bromazepam will help, and due to its semi-short half-life, you won't have a hangover tomorrow.
