Hello everybody, I posted this last night in the anon section but I don't think I actually pressed submit, so...
I had smoked weed VERY casually( 3) times before. 3 weeks ago I got my hands on some strong med mj. hadn't smoked in months. I smoked a LOT for me, and i am lightweight as hell.I got WAY too high too fast, and had some intense scary panic attacks. After I slept it off, I started smoking just enough to get me relaxed and whatnot. This went on for about two weeks. I got ahead of myself, and smoked even more than the first time, and freaked out like crazy. Slept it off and decided to quit for a while. Maybe it's just not for me. Four days after that, I was feeling normal and decided to do some weightlifting in the morning. During some squats i started to feel lightheaded and ran inside. My brain started FREAKING OUT. It was like when I got too high and panic attack, but far, far worse, because this sh*t lasted TWO DAYS. I was afraid my consciousnesses was going to leave me and that scared me more than death. It was extremely difficult to distinguish between reality and some f*cked up dream. Now, five days after, I have a fair grasp on reality, but my nights are interrupted with scary hallucinations in my head. I will wake up being intensely afraid and paranoid of something, and then go to sleep and be ok. What the hell is happening, and will I be ok? Will I be able to sleep again, and gain a full grasp of reality again? Will exercise trigger another episode?

I don't have the most mentally stable past. It probably wasn't smart to smoke it in the first place. Very relaxing when I used it responsibly though.

you'll be okay. I've been smoking cannabis for 9 years and still i get way too high from a few hits sometimes. What you experienced was derealization, maybe you're suspceitble to it but each time this happens it seems you just smoked way too much. Probably nothing wrong with you, just don't smoke so much and if it's still bad then try quitting for a while.

may i ask why are you so determined to smoke ganja if it effects you so negatively? am i missing something?
