I want to give this site a try. I've read about this site being perfect because of the lack of veins and nerves. Plus, it handle alot of oil. Only thing is, I just can't seem to find a self administered picture of someone injecting in this site. A picture similar to what you would find on spotinjections. I was going to try the ventrogluteal out a week ago, but decided not to because I wasn't sure I was going to hit the correct area. A simple picture would help me out alot!

It ain't that hard, imagine each ass cheek as a total of four pieces. Shoot up in the top right one of your right cheek, and top left of your left cheek. It's a bit freaky at first, but you should be fine, watch some youtube videos. The whole point of the top corner sites is that there's a massive main nerve running somewhere through the middle.

just to clarify something the ventroglute is not the same as the glutes...the ventroglute is actually on your hip...completely different sites
