i have been on venlafaxine er 37.5 mg once a day for two weeks, just started it and dose isnt going up till after the weekend. i have a concert im going to and i really want to roll. .....i know that it diminishes the effects of rolling but on such a low dose for so little time will it affect the effects of mdma a lot?

it worse than a crap shoot...most people on SNRIs say it blocks the effects of MDMA. others say you feel something but nothing like a real roll. far fewer say that they can roll just fine while on it.

Effexor at low dose is effectively an SSRI not and SNRI. As its a low dose you might get some effect but I suspect the roll will be nulled a fair bit.
