Misc veins crunchy?

Personally I have practiced shooting left handed (predominately right handed) just to give my main arm a break. Although I have about 7-8 injection sites that I rotate from, it is a nice reassurance that I can shoot left handed if needed. I am also meticulously cautions when IVing drugs for reasons posted above. (Being in front of family, or a professional setting). Using micron filters,sterile saline, alcohol swabs, 29-30g syringes (one time use only), and triple antibiotic ointment basically leaves me without a mark within 15-30 minutes. I totally understand how bad you may want your fix but please take the extra 5 minutes preparing everything in a safe and cautious manner. By doing that alone you are exponentially reducing your risk of infections or damage. So what, it takes you an extra 5 minutes of prep... it's not like the shit doesn't hit you in 8 seconds after you push it.

These threads crack me up, not the OP with his serious problem that needs medical attention.

But all the people who are anti IV because "its dirty" or because "pills were made to be taken or snorted" (wtf, tell me one pill that is MADE to be snorted?)You dont hear too many people explaining how pills are not suppositories either... Also the people who would rather have sex with an extremely obese woman than IV drugs...

Yet these same people go out and have promiscuous sex, or participate in extreme sports or do other activities that can be just as harmful if not more harmful than IV drug use with proper technique.

Again, with no real benefit other than what the person subjectively gains from the experiences.

You cant put the value of sexual intercourse, or the feeling of playing an extreme sport as any more or less "worth it" as everyone has their own personal preferences and goals in as well as desires in life.

I just find it childish is all.
