Diet Veganism made my addiction and recovery WAY harder than they should have been

From years of food research… To be real the fact you brought up lactose shows how far behind you are in you info. Most know now, that a majority of peoples problems stem from the casein content not lactose. Before calling misinformation I suggest you do some reading.

Next let’s address your so very wrong idea that egg laying chickens somehow “run freely?” Most egg laying chickens spend their entire lives in cages, their bodies so low in calcium their egg shells are damn near like paper. If one buys “free range” chicken meat and even better researches the company a bit, you can be certain that chicken spent hell lot more time outside than a chicken expected to spit out eggs on command. Even free range “layers” will spend more time in confined settings than free range “broilers”.

And while yes eggs are a great source of protein, choline, fats, etc… They are also known to cause allergies in certain individuals too. Eggs are second only to dairy in causing allergic reactions. Just like with dairy, it’s likely the type of proteins present.

Having just now re-hashed the data, I will take back my “dairy is bad for most people” and replace that most with a some. It appears very recent research is now going against the idea dairy induces chronic inflammation. (Science is a process after all.) Id argue though these research articles aren’t looking at A1 dairy specifically.

In the end, my main point was that these animal protein sources shit all over the moral ideology and when compared to true meat sources aren’t quite as good for us. Based on the fact dairy and eggs are the two most common food allergens. Most western dairy is A1, which contains the pro inflammatory form of casein. And the things these animals need to go through to produce it…

I live close to the farm and see where they live. It's quite nice.

I don't have an issue with lactose, but my dietitian told me to avoid it because it reacts with a medication I take.

I'm obviously not allergic to eggs and eat a variety of foods that give me everything I need.

Why are you picking shit like allergies to argue your point(whatever it is) when I never said I had any?

I'm very healthy when my ms is not flaring. Red meat causes flairs also.

What did I misinform?
When did I say I was doing it for morals?

I'll continue to eat as I do and as my specialist recommend.

People in cities have less pesticide in there blood then people living near farms. Even worse living in a Flower grower's area. In France Parkinson caused by Glyfosaat (RoundUp). Which is used on a large scale in the wine industry is officially a disease that comes with the job. There is a boy of 8 with Parkinson. Sad but true.

How about RoundUp/ Glyfosaat, its not exclusively used on plants for our food. But also for our animal's food.

Wouldn't be surprised meat contains at least as much as an Vegan body. And then you get your Fipronil from the Chickens. Sounds real healthy. Fish besides their heavy metal content when farmed get all kind's of harmful substances.

I keep chuckling to myself reading the title of this thread because veganism itself is ridiculously hard. I have a friend who's been vegetarian since she was 16 (she's now 46 or so). She can't do it. So we often wonder about all these people claiming to be vegan.

This guy is always at war with vegans and other extreme "liberals".

In 2019 this woman in Perth took her neighbours to court for cooking meat because the smell wafted over to her place and she couldn't sit in her courtyard.

I was busy having nervous breakdowns because the noise here was (is) so bad I couldn't open windows let alone sit outside in peace. So I didn't have much sympathy for her.

Well Australia went crazy over this. People organised on Facebook to hold a huge BBQ outside the front of her house! The law had to get involved for her safety lol. Aussies really don't like righteous vegetarians/vegans.

Yeah imma tell you exactly whats up with them, they hate themselves so damn much that they are willing to sacrifice their quality of life to appear of importance or to feel like they are a part of something that matters. Nothing you say to them will make them think that you are not an evil animal abuser and the root of all world problems. I love to laugh at them whenever i can because they have no empathy and no love for their own species, and their food is straight shit that not even hungry animals would eat.

Aye well it might be a joke to u guys but those motherfuckers grab grass from their backyard and blend it with soymilk, then put it in a baby bottle to feed their baby. I cant make this shit up. If that aint top mental illness, narcissism, and just overall a garbage human, then idk what is.

I can't help it. It's just too dumb anymore. :(

You know what else farts alot? As in, all day long? Vegans. It's a normal thing for them. Imagine hanging out with one of those scrawny fart machines, listening to their woowoo hippie shit, not knowing if you should save them, or end them.

I mean, yes. It's very sad to me !! Very.
And that seems to be not trying very hard to . . . . 'stay healthy' ! :(

I thought the Facebook mass BBQ was wrong and glad it got stopped. But yeah, I had (and still have) problems with the amount of noise here. I'm talking a freeway with no sound barrier and on/off ramps, with trucks going to the industrial estate round the corner from 4-5am til 10pm. Midnight on weekends, with packs of Harley Davidsons. Neighbours working on their places with nail guns and power saws for months at a time.

Light is easier to block out than sound, let alone smell. I reckon she must've had tons of money to get that to the Supreme Court. I didn't even get a response from the local council for a year.

/vent 😊

Man, i feel terrible for farmed fish. Just take a look at a fish farm, they can barely swim around cus they're thrown in a tiny pool with thousands of others, the water is red with god knows what, it cant be healthy to eat those. Know where your fish comes from before you buy it!

I just wanted to add that my time spent being a vegetarian (7 years) while left me a more "spirtual" person also caused my physical well being a mess.
To expound; I was weak and could barely do anything physically exertining. Basically running on "fumes" and always tired, unhelpful when strength was needed to accomplish any task and my weight dropped extremely.
This time was in the mid 80s and lasted until 92.
Although I am currently at optimal weight (57? ) I should eat more veggies but have no interests in doing so. Have to either have veggies in a meat dish or otherwise inveated in a like manner.
Sorry my posts havent been more comprehensive or helpful lately but something is causing me to become more "scatterbrained" and hope that this has been caused by bromazolam use and will see because I have recently stopped using it to see if it has in fact caused this or not.
Could be an age thing and will be going in to have some tests soon.
Hoping it wasnt caused by by the recent OD but if so maybe feel like I can snap back from it over time.
My thoughts are that we should as a species balance our intake of meat and veggies but this is just my opinion; nothing else.
Then again... with all the BS we are "enhancing" our food with and the ooisoning of our planet may be causing some negative effects in our being.
Just some thoughts....
<3
Oh no, what did you OD on? In my humble opinion, no diet can be called spiritual if it messes up your body, just another reason why vaygans are full of shit... Literally, they shit like 4 times a day and mfers think it's how it should be.... Lol, if u find urself shitting 4 or more times per day, go to the doctor 😂😂😂

Yes not as good as real. Natural nutrients are more powerful.
The real fat and meat from Salmon is incredibly . . . and yes extremely healthier.
It's medicine for the body. So good. And fresh.
(Good for the brain, actually)
