I used to take 2664mgs of delsym (dxm) and I'm curious about how many mgs/kg that is if I weigh 140lbs...tried converting it myself and I just confused myself, I got something like 41mgs/kg?

Is there any link between vyvanse and joint pain?

Would it be more effective to take suboxone on an empty stomach?

...random questions lol thanks in advance

140 pounds is 63.5kg

2664/63.5 = 41.952 mg/kg - but you have to remember that Delsym is an extended-release form of DXM.

Vyvanse is an amphetamine and can cause muscle tension and more importantly - dehydration. Both of these can cause non-specific pain and can cause joint pain. My recommendation is to increase your water intake (don't drink liquids with caffeine or alcohol in them - they make dehydration worse) and go out and get a magnesium supplement from your local pharmacy or supermarket. Magnesium really helps reduce the muscle tension and pain that amphetamine use can cause. Again, making sure you're completely hydrated is extremely important.

In regards to the Suboxone (buprenorphine)...it depends on what route of administration you're using. If you're snorting it or using it sublingually (under your tongue) then it doesn't matter if your stomach is empty or not. If you're using it orally, then yes, an empty stomach will make it absorb faster.

Hope this helps!
