Vapourising off Foil (edit: Methiopropamine)

I've tried searching BL for some advice on this but to no avail - can somebody please either redirect me or provide the advice/tips I need.

I've vaped before, but either with a machine or a glass pipe

I've seen various references to vapourising off foil but don't know how this is done.

I'm due to get some methiopropamine tomorrow so would appreciate guidance on how to do this succesfully. Any links to diagrams/pics/vid would be even better.

-put the substance on a piece of foil.
-heat the substance from below the foil without burning it.
-inhale the resulting fumes from a tube of some sort (perhaps a rolled up piece of foil?).

I really can't believe you couldn't find any information on chasing fumes off foil with a Bluelight or google search. I'll move this over to BDD for you as everyone deserves their own thread to stay safe, and because I know nothing about methiopropamine.

Search for 'chasing the dragon'. Amapola basically covered it, though, it is a very simple concept. It does take a bit of practice to get it right though, as you don't want to hold the flame too close as to burn it. Also, you want to let the melting substance 'run' down the foil as you are inhaling, so it doesn't just turn into a bubbling liquid puddle that doesn't vaporize correctly.
 
Make the toot (inhaling tube) out of some foil rolled round a pencil. Sometimes it helps to stick a cigarette paper round it, to keep it together. If you want to be really fancy, fold one end into a point so that when you roll it up the tube has a pointed bit to catch more smoke, and there is a way of folding it so you collect more drug inside it but that's a bit tricky to explain on here.

MPA isn't as hard to chase as some things. Put it in right hand corner of foil nearest yourself. Hold toot in mouth, foil in one hand and lighter in the other. It tends to go up in a big cloud initally so you just inhale that as fast as you can, rather than delicately running it down the foil.. Then when you need to run it, tilt the foil away from you and follow the MPA with the lighter underneath the foil, and chase the whole thing with your tube along the foil to the bottom edge, inhaling as you go. Then turn the foil 90 degrees and repeat along the next edge (when you get good you can run it back and forwards and make fancy patterns, hehe..) Remove lighter a few seconds before your lungs reach capacity as it carries on smoking for a bit afterwards. Be careful not to burn it. try not to run ot over previous run-marks as it tends to catch and burn. It can take a while to learn to chase well - it helps to be taught by someone, but those are the basics..

Having said that, MPA usually doesn't run far and doesn't need too much of that faff. It does smell horrible though!
 
Use the old lightbulb method much easier, just search for lightbulb vaporisor on the tube, mind you that of you cam still get an old style light bulb
 
Thanks for the comments. I have in fact invested some time this evening in succesfully making a lightbulb vape with help from YouTube, so that should do the trick! My concern with chasing the dragon is escaping vape/wasteage - so the bulb should do the trick until my proper equipment arrives.

Just one question on the bulb vape. The lessons I saw on Youtube had two holes in the cap. One for the tube to inhale through and another smaller hole in the cap. What is this smaller hole for?
 
That's what I assumed too..

Foil-chasing is very satisfying when you get the knack, but it can be tricky initially.

Of course it is to prevent a vacuum when your sucking the vape out! kicking myself for asking the question tbh. And I'm not even under the influence of anything tonight!
 
Best to get someone to teach you really, or be prepared to be a little frustrated ;)
