Vaporizing DXM powder?

I'm interested in extracting DXM Polistirex from a 5 oz. Delsym bottle. I know the extraction technique. I have heard that smoking the powder is extremely uncomfortable and can lead to vomiting. As well as very unhealthy when DXm is heated. But would vaporizing it on a low heat setting work? Or oral the only option?

DXM is very unstable to heat. Even in freebase. It breaks down into poisonous substances....
