Opioids Vaporizing Codeine

300mg and 600mg will feel identical as the liver can only convert about 400mg codeine at once to morphine. I can tell you from experience anything over about 400mg feels identical. Also, the morning dose will possibly effect the later dose in a negative fashion.
Also, consider the fact that drying CWE codeine liquid gives a powder, but that powder may not be codeine as assumed, since codeine is temperature/light sensitive to the point that, from my understanding, drying CWE filtrate was not an option as the powder was no longer codeine (ie the heat/light broke down the codeine). Never tried getting the powder from filtrate personally though...

Will do mate. Yep, when I left the bath salts were just coming into the underground RC ppl's radar IIRC. So yes, old timer indeed.
 
do look into C6G; codeines main effects arent solely responsible from conversion to morphine. why do people keep repeating this? ive taken 1600mg in a day and felt it each dose, so have many others. As well cyp 2d6 inhibitors (DPH) used before codeine, should reduce conversion to morphine right? yet i take 50mg DPH then 400mg of codeine and yet i still feel high as fuck? explain that.
 
ok sure but i use ceterizine, ranitidine as well and they are potent; still same results. Ive also taken 200mg+ with similar results. This is just my experience, dispute all you like but until you try it or post some sources this isnt really relevant.

C6G is metabolically active also. You're right. I was speaking in general terms b/c the average phenotype will dictate morphine as the main metabolite in analgesia.

Anyone know C6G potency, other info?

I'm not going to argue with experience b/c I've learned never to doubt what the patient/person says. I've seen firsthand patients who complain their morphine tabs aren't working and immediate labwork of blood showed morphine plasma concentration at 0ng/dL. Other patients swear their oxycodone is potentiated by 1x 30mg codeine tablet.

I know for a fact that cimetidine was withdrawn in favor of ranitidine b/c the degree of inhibition of CYP450 was too problematic in polypharm patients. Tagamet hit all the CYP450 subtypes and to a strong degree. Ranitidine has no clinically relevant interactions, certerizine I'll look into.

I havent got journal access anymore but I'm certain I can find sources to back this.
 
ive used tagamet too; but its of no relevance unless we are discussing codeine metabolism which is outside the nature of this thread. Ceterizine is a strong cyp2d6 inhibitor, i can get some sources for that, i also have sources showing ranitidine stronger than cimetidine as a cyp 2d6 inhibitor.
