RCs Vaping 3-fpm in a vape pen?

I am aware that 3fpm works when vaped off of foil. Has anyone tried dissolving a dose in a few mg of e liquid and used it in a vape pen? I worry that an active dose of 3fpm is so big that I would have to use a lot of juice to dissolve it and vape for hours to get any effects.
