Vancouver, CA Psychedelic/Dissociative Availability

LSD is the good, the bad, and the increasingly hard to find... It seems like different regions have better access to LSD than others. What is Vancouver, BC like? How scarce/plentiful is it? What about Ketamine? For a person stopping there for 2 or 3 days would coming across either be a pipedream? Any sort of helpful information about this city is appriciated without breaking the board rules and being too specific.
