Benzos Valium

I've never taken Valium before, I usually opt for xanax, but right now I got my hands on some 30mg valium.

Was wondering if that's a good amount to take to get a nice buzz going?

I usually take 2mg of xanax and that does me fine. Just don't know much about valium doses, tried searching and didn't really find any info.

Also, I'm sure this has been asked a lot, but is there a difference between white and yellow 2mg xanax bars? My boy tells me the yellow are time release, but I heard that's bs. Just want to get the facts straight.

Generally, 0.5 mg of alprazolam (Xanax) = 10 mg diazepam (Valium).

But at those doses, diazepam is more sedative, has better muscle relaxant properties, and all around a bit stronger.
30 mg diazepam (Valium) should be good for you to take and you'll probably enjoy it more than the Xanax.

As far as the time release alprazolam, I am not sure about - sorry.

30MG valium for your first time would be ridiculous. Very different body highs though.
I'd say 20MG valium to start. But idk.

^No, 20 mg is a bit on the small side because she already has experience, so it's NOT her first time - she takes 2 mg alprazolam.

Why not just take 10mg or 15mg and see how you feel, then take more as needed?

No need to start too high.
