I have been taken Valium for about the past month or so maybe not even quite that long. The thing is I started taken the 10mg blues. Only one a day and every so often maybe 3 days a week, I would take 2, morning and night. I know that's nothing compared to what others have been ingesting, but I need to stop now before it gets out of hand. I woke up this morning feeling a little agitated, but not too bad, actually not bad at all. I wake up every morning feeling like that. What I want to know is will I experience withdrawals from the dosage I have been taken. I still have some left and I'm wondering if I should break them in half and taper off it slowly. Please I need some advice.

oh my gosh, youre gonna die! No, seriously, it takes A LONG time to get really addicted to benzos. You might experience some mild discomfort, nothing more though, just lower your dosage down to zero if you're really worried about it. start eating 3/4 pills then 1/2 pills, then 1/4 pills then 1/8 pills, etc.

IMHO you havent been 'abusing' valium, never mind the fact that youre only talking about a period of a few weeks.
To get a physical dependence you'd need to be taking them for quite a few months,so dont worry about the feelings youre getting in the mornings, and you DEFINATELY have'nt got to the stage were you need o taper down!!!

I didn't say he NEEDED to, I said if he's really worried about it he CAN. If he's really worried about it then some pyschological problems are gonna pop up.
