Valium tapering+Endep substances too ease the struggle?

So I have come down from 90mg a day to 40mg a day, plus I am on Endep around 10-30mg a day for headaches.

I have been through Benzo withdrawal before and it's that sub 40mg zone that I know is a struggle.

So what substances would you recommend to ease the pain, also I've had some unfortunate life issues that led me to the use of Xanax then tapering with valium.

So to ease the mental pain and physical symptoms what have your experiences been or what would your recommendations be?

I have easy access to meth but as for mixing a stimulant with the rest I don't want to introduce it to my cns. Though i Really feel like whacking 2points lol.

I would like to know why you were taking 90mg a day? Just habit? or was this prescribed by a physician?

I was on Xanax and had a high tolerance, xanax was not prescribed, I wanted off so i went into ED and thats what it took to level me out.
