So i've tapered from 80mg diazepam and 2mg loprazolam to 10 mg diazepam and 2 mg lopraz..., and i'm mad on edge all the time shaking and sht....

How can a doctor after 4 years decide that i don't need benzos (especially a new doctor, )

best solution,

change doc? and try to get things back to "normal" (4mg xnax and 2 or 4 mg loprazolam r lormatazpem

He most likely figures its just about time to get you off them because your addicted and doesn't want you to be on them for life. If he made that decision then your not going to get back to normal with him. You'd need to change doctors and hope that they let you stay on them.

You might want to show your doc parts from the Ashton manual, and express your interest in working with that taper plan, rather than one he made up in his head.
