Valium isn't kicking in. What is wrong?

Over the course of the last three hours, I have been parachuting 5mg pills. I am up to 20mg now, and not even feeling anything. I kinda got a little buzz going, but I honestly think it's psychological because I felt it since the first pill.
I have absolutely no tolerance for benzos, so that can't be it. Why isn't it kicking in? I am considering taking more, but fears ODing. Any advice?

1) what exactly are you expecting from Valium?
2) You're not going to OD on just Valium, trust me.
3) 20 mgs isn't really that much. For me 10 mgs gets a decent anxiolytic response, but 20 mgs is the highest dose I've ever gone up to. I know that people who take diazepam recreationally usually take significantly higher doses.
 
Benzos don't provide much in the way of euphoria. If you take more you will probably just fall asleep.

Benzos are extremely subtle, and i can even go far and say they povide no buzz or high. Also, tbh 20mg is a very small dose. Start from 40mg. The worst that could happen is you pass out. Also fod the sake of HR don mix with other downers. Or even best, quit tryin to get high on benzos, they suck recreationally. Keep them for a stressful day - 40mg then will make youy hill and stop worrying.
 
benzos suck asshole unless you are seriously coming down or have anxiety. other than that they are just pure addiction in a pill. I never really enjoyed the experience very much but I would always come back to it for some reason.
 
Try taking a few on an empty stomach (another day when you haven't already taken 20mg).. I usually can't feel benzos if I've eaten that day.
Also, does somebody mind telling me what "swim" means? I've seen that a few times on here and have no idea.. lol
