Valium dosage suggestions

^^lol, yeah right. not many ppl can stop at 5mg. i dont see the point it doesnt do anything at that dose. its weaker than a cup of tea
its funny how different ppl respond differently to benzos. some ppl are sensetive to it. as for me even with not using it for months i cant take enough valium to make me wanna go to sleep. and if i do get tired i only need tohave a quick nap if i take alot.
the more i take the calmer i feel & i actually start doing house work.....

id have to say at least 20 mg's....valium is just such a mellow high compared to klonopin or xanax. Its just not as noticeable (although it does its job extremely well) the high just isn't as powerful and when i can get a buzz off of 4 or 5 mg's of xanax it takes me at least 80-90 mg's of valium to get a buzz
