Benzos Valium and sex

Unfortunately the longer you go on about pussy-footing (sorry to use the term) the worse your benzo w/d will be. So long as your benzo tolerance isn't too extreme (three months isn't that bad), cold-turkey would be the best way to get "back to action" in a quick manner.

But I'd have a benzo on hand in case you have symptoms of seizures etc. as everyone becomes dependent on benzos at a different rate.
 
^^ Second that. Some of these benzo tapers that people are doing are WAY too extreme, like tapering for more than 2 months? Give me a break. Its not necessary, and will probably just prolong the withdrawal period. I tapered off a 12mg Lorazepam habit per day plus 60mg Flurazepam habit per day same time, and all I got was 4 days of 20mg Diazepam every 4-6 hours with clonidine. Yes it was harsh for about a month straight, but I am still alive.
 
i didn't see it was only 3 months of use when i made that post. sorta in benzo w/d myself :/
 
ive been taking 1mg xanax to sleep i feel like SHIT its been a few days since any valium.....body doesntknow hte difference between val or xan right?
