Benzos Valium and Phenibut

I have a questions regarding tolerance

Is the tolerance between Valium and Phenibut shared? or are they both completely different?

if i remember right, phenibut is like baclofen and works on GABA-B receptors while Valium (diazepam) works on GABA-A receptors so i don't think there is a cross-tolerance between the 2 because i was scripted 60mg of baclofen daily while tolerant to 10mg clonazepam and i could still feel the baclofen.

What would be a recommended dosage for extreme relaxation if a person hasn't taken any benzos since July 10' and has 10mg valiums

Benzo tolerance can be slow to dissipate, but assuming you have little to no tolerance, 20-30mg should do the trick.

i am very experienced with phenibut and valium. there is a very slight cross-tolerance with the two. you will hardly notice it but it IS there.
