Valium and Phenergan

Is it safe to combine the two? I have 5 mg vals and 12.5 mg phen (suppose to take 1-2). I'm asking b/c every time I take Val I get sick and end up throwing up the entire time. Anywhere from 4-8 hours. *Sigh*

They are safe in the doses mentioned. The phenergan will stop most of the nausea.

Thanks Psychedelic Jay! I'd like to be able to get rid of the xanax and go back to Valium but I don't want the sickness.

its a safe combination i take it all the time... but if valium makes u sick every time, don't do it... does this happen with all benzos? try xanax maybe...

phatass, I can take Ativan, Xanax, etc with no problems. But Valium kills me every time. I'm just wondering what else I could take b/c Xanax isn't cutting it anymore and I have some Valium. BTW I can take up to 8 mg of Xanax with no effect. Ugh.

I have never had a problem with them combined. Valium is way better than Xanax for anxiety.. the only thing I like Xanax for is panic attacks. Good luck. You can also look into Klonopin.

^I prefer Valium to Klonopin, however if Valium makes you sick, klonopin is definatly your best bet!!! Also if the dr is willing to script you xanax I don't see why he wouldn't switch you to klonopin.. Good luck!! Anxiety is a motherfucker!

My Xanax, 1 mg, doesn't work even if I take up to 8 mg. But here's the weird part...yesterday I got a bar and it worked and made me feel so good! I don't get it as it was only 2mg, but it was wonderful. I think I'm going to try to get the bars this round.
