Valium and Dilaudid

I just got out of the hospital for an abcessed tooth. Hurts like hell. I ended up walking out with 20 dilaudid 4's. I have also been on 10 valium a day for my anxiety. I get a mass buzz off of my normal dose, 5 mg valium and 8 mg dilaudid (intranasal of course). Me and a buddy are doing this tomorrow in celebration of... i dont fucking know. What would be a good dose of the two for my 300 lb friend? He has no tolerance for either. He really wants to try both at the same time so would 6 mg dilaudid and 5 mg valium be dangerous for him? Im probably going to snort 12 mg and pop my 5 of val. Thats always sent me into heaven, figuretively speaking. Also, why do these two work so damn goooood together? Like im noddin in and out of bliss as a write this. Mmmmm :3
 
How experienced is he with opis? Has he used dilaudid before by itself? If he hasn't, I strongly advise against him mixing the two, it's a very dangerous combination - the two potentiate each other, which is why it's such a nice combo, but it also greatly increases your chances of running into complications associated with respiratory depression.
 
None i think. I think ill give him 4 mg wait a bit then another 4 and if hes doin good and wants it he can have the val then.
 
Mixing benzos and opiates has been the cause of death for countless people. On their own, each drug is relatively safe but combined they can cause respiratory depression and death.
Several Bluelighters have died from this combination. The only way to safely combine them is if you have tolerance to both and you're using less than you would if it was just one of the drugs.

If you care about your friend you'll just give him the dilaudid and not allow him to take benzos on top of it. If he has no tolerance to either combining the two is both reckless and irresponsible.
 
5mgs of valium is = to .25 mgs of xanax. can it really be THAT much of a big deal? i mean im all for harm reduction but even with my non tolerance to both opiates and benzos i can take 1 mg of xanax on top of my usual comfort dose of 15 mgs of oxy. and yeah i know our bodies are different but still.

If you can take 1 mg xanax along with your usual 15 mg oxy, I wouldn't consider this a non-tolerance.
This is why a non-tolerant person should not combine the two. No matter how much he weighs, it's risky.

this!!! naon speaks the truth. you seem to have tolerance to valium so mixing the two is very slightly safer, but multiple polysubtance abussers have died from mixing benzos and opiates even with a tolerance to both, whitney houston and heath ledger come to mind...\


you and your buddy start out very slow, take 1-2mgs every 30mins until you reached your high. maybe even 0.5mg every 20-30mins. go slow please please!!! you could also be in content for murder if uyour buddy dies from OD because you gave the drugs. say goodbye to your life,, and your anus will probably be increased the size of a golf ball or even tennis ball if there are really big black people in prison
