I'm asking the fucking questions!
I've aquired 20x10mg diazepam tablets, to help with moderate insomnia for free.
I've always been a bit of a fucked up sleeper though not to the degree as I am now, I think dbol at 40mg a day has been fucking with my sleep.

I have 2 weeks of dbol left and was wondering if there would be any ill effects to come from taking 1 a night for the next 2 weeks to stave off my insomnia, as I know to grow you need to rest properly, which is impossible when I'm getting 3 hours sleep a night + waking up every hour...

Is valium catabolic? Damaging to the liver (with dbol)? Unpotentiate aas? Or any other sort of effects which will be detrimental to my cycle?

I am not worried about dependance, I've taken diaz many times in the past for extended periods for this same problem with no desire to keep taking them

Drugs + aas do not mix blah blah blah, yes I know this but this is not for recreational use its purely medical.

Thoughts?

Your trying to sort out a possible drug related problem with more drugs nolys.... You need sleep more than the Dbol... you might consider lowering the dose, or doing as I suggested taking 20-30mg 90mins prior to training.. And thats it.. No more..!!! ....................... Hate to say I told you so nolys..!!!!

Valium increases test, actually. I'd also say it's a much safer benzo for social anxiety than the others. If you really need it, go for it.

if it does increase test it is fuck all and will be negated by your muscles being more relaxed and having less energy the next day for workouts. Valium has a long half life and 10mg for a non benzo tolerant is a large/ish dose.

I would say use a shorter acting benzo or ambien/zolpidem

See a doctor if you have insomnia issues. Self medication is only asking for trouble.

I tried this method mate and it doesn't work the best for me, no matter what muscle group I work I end up with insane bicep pumps that actually restricts my workouts, I'm unable to finish workouts doing this because I can barely move my arms

I tried 5mg before and it had little effect on me I have a high natural tolerance to benzos,

I would say use a shorter acting benzo or ambien/zolpidem

Cannot aquire these drugs here in the uk as far as I know and my doc won't write me a script anyway

have you tried melatonin, valerian, or sedating antihistamines?

Was prescribed promethezine at one point and didn't like it at all, It left me fucked for hours the next morning, I was falling asleep during school 14+ hours after ingestion and nearly crashed my car one morning because I was still fucked

I've been to my doctor, though they did nothing but give me some bullshit information sheet about how to get better sleep and prescribed me promethezine (phenegran) which as if you read above is not in any way an option for me to take.

The problem, ironically is that the doc asked me if I'd ever tried cannabis to help me sleep, they were pretty much advocating its use, and when I said yes (I'm in no way a heavy or even occasional smoker of cannabis), they stuck me down on my file as “history of drug abuse” so now I basically can't get a script for any kind of benzo and as I've said the antihistamines do nothing good for me.
Ironic or what?

I tried the valium and it really did help me sleep though its been 24 hours and I still don't feel like myself...

Has anybody any advice on how to improve sleep without stopping my dbol, because I really do not want to stop taking them before my test kicks in and lose a lot of my weight/strength that I've gained. Sleep is shit as it is, though right now is a lot worse

You could try flexeril (cyclobenzaprine). It's technically a tri-cyclic anti-depressant but is labeled for use as a muscle relaxant. It causes drowsiness as a side effect so it works well for sleep.

You should of tried a combination of Valerian Root, 5-HTP, and Melatonin. That combo even knocks me out. Using a CNS depressant with such a long half life while bodybuilding is just going to hinder your gains even though you will be getting sleep. Promathezine is indeed shit for sleep, makes me drowsy as fuck, dries out my mouth, and also causes my feet and lower legs to swell terribly. Fuck that compound.

If Dianabol keeps you up, I would take it as a learning experience and run something like Halodrol, Epistane, or Turnibol next time. They aren't as anabolic as Dianabol but they give much better gains in terms of lean quality muscle and offer a recomposition effect.

If you have insomnia problems I would stay far away from Trenbolone my friend.

Used occasionally Valium is safe, however if you use it too often addiction develops and benzo addiction is one of the worst (takes a long time to pass, can kill, ..). If it's just the dbol keeping you up, I'd take the entire dose in the morning. Unless you're using huge doses it's short half life should make it's effect on your sleep minimal. Oh yes, and listen to guido - if you have insomnia issues stay away from tren.

As far as benzos reducing your strength via muscle relaxation I've never found that to be the case for me.

I'd avoid valium because of its really long half-life. Valium is great for anti-anxiety if you take it for its intended purposes IMO. Has a very gradual effect. I've never found it to be one of the benzos that gives you that knockout punch. Any kind of anti-depressants absolutely kills my workouts when I feel its effects, and I can tell you if you take valium that night, your going to feel it well into the next day. Xanax would be a better option for it's faster onset and short half-life.

out all the benzos I'd go with temazepam. but I'd rather go no drug induced sleep

Yeah I've noticed that it carries on for too long and makes me not want to train the next day, guess ill just wait the dbol out its too good to stop altogether, I'm up 20lbs in 3 weeks and I've 5 days left... Just wondering how much of this would be water would anyone be able to estimate roughly? Lol and will weight drop when I come off it even with a base of test (which I'm not sure has kicked in yet or not)

Valium has a long half life but not a long effective life. Steroids, especially Dbol, have sides such as aggression and insomnia and many sites sell things like Xanax and Valium as relievers to mellow out a user on cycle. As this has no effect on the cardiovascular system and is simply a benzodiazepine, it is not a downer. The claims it increases test are the first I hear but that would be nice. I have used Valium sucessfully for 2 cycles but never take before a workout. That's not smart. Just my opinion. Ambien would be the best choice here. Dbol always made me sleepy tho.

Most physician prescribed benzos have long half lives to avoid wild swings in blood concentrations. Obviously keeping a patient's mood stable is the goal in the mental health industry. There is, however, one pharmaceutical benzo like substance not prescribed in the US but easily available in the RC scene: Etizolam. It's half life is only 6 hours and most folks I know that take low doses practically fly out of bed in the morning. just avoid using It recreationally, combining with alcohol, or taking high doses. I've made solid gains and have the motivation to train like a beast without even running a cycle. Beats the shit outta ambien and Xanax.

Etizolam increases prolactin (which shouldn't cause gyno on it's own but combined with raised e2 it could) so you should probably be careful about that, especially if you're using it with tren (don't remember, but either it has prolactinogenic effects or it also increases it).

tren increases prolactin so caber usually helps with that from what I remember. though I've read a lot of people don't have major issues with tren and prolactin.

Do you include a stretching routine after workout to stretch fascia of the muscle groups you trained that day..?
