Yeah, that's how most people OD, mixing benzos or alcohol with their H.

Benzos are best for withdrawal, comedowns or general stress and anxiety. If you're not suffering from any of those, then save them for when you are.

it dont taste of anything cos it goes up your ass and yes the high is much stronger

Doesn't oral/sublingual valium have a 90% + BA anyway? I can't imagine plugging making a big difference.
