valerian root with stimulants?

Hello. I was just wondering if taking valerian root with stimulants would help reduce side effects similar to the way xanax can reduce the side effects? I'm not looking for euphoria just a way to manage the jitteriness and other effects that come with dexedrine. Thanks!
 
It should work to smooth our the jitters and may help a bit with any anxiety you get from Dexedrine. It probably won't help as much as Xanax or another benzo would, but you'll still see an improvement.

Kava Kava works okay for this purpose as well.
