Using supplements with MDMA - does it work?

Holla, I've been doing a little research, trying to find out how to have the best roll on MDMA.
(Just a bit of background on me, I'm 19, a woman, been using MDMA for about 2 years, probably rolled about 8-10 times in that time)

So yeah, apparently using supplements can improve your roll, Obviously 5-HTP for post-loading, but I've also heard that Magnesium helps with the gurn and that there are other things you can take. I'm quite broke, being a student, and the supplements are quite pricey, but I'm willing to fork out if anyone can verify some good ideas. I basically want to know (if anyone would be kind enough the discuss):

1) Does anyone supplement consistently? Does it actually work and do you have any recommendations about how best to go about it.

2) I usually feel pretty nauseous on my comedown. If anyone could recommend something for me to do that would help this, apart from smoking a bit of weed, I WOULD BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.

3) I'm especially bad at not being able to pee while I'm up (renowned for it with my friends), this isn't too much of an issue, but I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a supplement which is meant to help this. It's a nightmare when I'm coming down on the train home at 7am and dying for a wee.

Happy posting. thanks in advance.

There's a supplements mega thread that you should probably look at.

Anyways, I took some magnesium citrate before my last roll and my jaw actually wasn't sore for the first time. It has to be a chelated form of magnesium since oxide's bioavailability is garbage, so magnesium taurate, glycinate, and citrate are a few of those.

I've never experienced nausea, but perhaps you're either just tired or need to eat.

MDMA is an anti-diuretic, so it makes you not pee. I honestly enjoy it since I find going to the bathroom rather tedious. I really don't think you can do anything about it. Maybe if you take a diuretic, but I don't think it'll be a good idea since it'll leave you even more dehydrated. I've also only been able to pee once on MDMA and that was when I smoked marijuana with it.

Ginger extract capsules ought to help with nausea.

as for dealing with the comedown, some people swear by certain drugs... personally, I don't find the need for them. As long as I'm being responsible I only feel a bit tired the next day, no need for any other drugs

Yes, with magnesium citrate, the only worthwhile supplement in my oppinion. Use it to decrease muscle cramps everyday. Use extra much when using MDMA.

anthistamines, ask at your local pharmacy for motion sickness pills

One finger in room temperature running water while trying to pee usually does the trick, learned this from an old heroin addicted and it works everytime I can't pee on opioids.

Cool, thanks everyone. Folley: any advice about, if I use ginger extract capsules, then when I should take them? Usually start feeling nauseous just as i'm coming down, 4-5 hours after dropping. It then lasts a few hours until I've had some weed and got into bed to have a snooze. :)
