Nardil isnt sold where i live so i looked into its pharmacology and figured nardil is selective maob inhibitor but if taken in high doses it turna to maoa and maob inhibitor so it mimics nardil supposedly gold standard for anxiety .

So is using selegilline in high doses good idea for anxiety ?

Nardil is a nonselective irreversible MAOI. As for Selegiline it loses it's MAO-B Selectivity in higher doses so you have to go by the same food and drug restrictions as you would with nonselective MAOI's once you reach that dose. If the Selegiline patch called Emsam is available where you live that would be worth looking into. It allows you to take a higher dose of Selegiline without having to worry about food and drug restrictions as it bypasses the gut.
