Stimulants Using saliva as buffering agent first, before swallowing Adderall?

Two problems I encounter with attempting to increase peak blood/plasma concentrations of dexro:

1. Taken p.o. with an alkalizing agent slows absorption and increases Tmax.

2. Taken p.o. with an empty/acidic ionizes the salts making the stereo/isomers less lipophilic.

I've found that allowing the salts dissolve in the slightly acidic environment of my saliva first, allows for "ion trapping", turning it into a solution, and making it more potent without giving up longer absorption rates when ingested.

Any ideas?

P.o. Administration is hard to influence past the ways you've stated. If you don't want the lag with heightened Cmax, maybe suspend in water and plug if you're open to that kind of thing. Absorption starts in the GI tract, saliva isn't likely to influence much.
