Using Rec drugs to boost performance

I used to love GBL before a workout....it increased my gains big time and gave me such a edge to power out that last rep on all my sets. Great stuff it was.

Absolutely nothing wrong with taking a pre-workout supplementary compound, so long as you employ a degree of sensibility! It probably wouldn't be a good idea to slam a fent patch before a workout ;)

I haven't found that any rec drugs help with building muscle. Even if it boosts your performance in the gym, i.e. adderall for me, it also disrupts my sleeping patterns and my appetite. I hit a vaporizer at night. I'v cut drinking down to once every two weeks or so. I'm on this kratom kick lately and I'v lost a little weight, I need to stop doing it so often and i'll be good.

As you will know from our PM's, i've been enjoying Kratom for a few years now and still made fantastic gains by utilising Intermittent Fasting protocols (suit my lifestyle better and my kratom habit) which, contrary to popular belief, are just as effective as the conservative dietary regimes. This flies in the face of alot of myths people seem to perpetuate like "you need to eat regular small meals to keep the metabolic fire burning/burn fat' or fasting protocols cause muscle loss or it will trick your body into starvation mode - totally untrue.

What im getting at is if you enjoy Kratom alot, it can go perfectly fine with an exquisite weight training regimen and dietary plan.

GBL will raise your HGH levels , but the concept of using preworkout - insanity !!! If you can do it though, and it works for you, then so be it. I highly recommend others stay away from GBL / GHB pre-workout , post workout these are both commonly used in bodybuilding/power lifting community due to mentioned HGH levels and lovely REM sleep.

Yeah, and to be fair I'll mention that I also started a new job and the hours have messed up my diet and training, so the weight loss hasn't been all because of the kratom.

This is off topic but you mentioned you did kratom for years and have recently stopped, is that right? Why did you stop and how were the withdrawals?
