Opioids Using NMDA Antagonists in perticular DXM to potentiate codeine specific doses

Im curious about dxm and codeine phosphate interactions... On occaision one can attain incredible expiriences of the 2 however its hit or miss im wondering if this is due to me using slightly different doses of dxm i usually use 300 mg dxm and 120 -240 mg codeine in a dose via cwe.

DXM will potentiate Codeine, SWIM would personally take 60 mg of DXM and whatever dose of Codeine you need. Also DXM will GREATLY reduce ones tolerance for all opioids as well as potentiate them. Anything higher in SWIM's opinion(more than 100mg) will increase a lot of negative effects.
 
Interesting i never noticed synergie at doses that low but i allready have somewhat of a tollerance to dxm as well as a high tollerance to codeine.
