Misc Using L-typtophan & phenibut supplement day after DXM trip

Hello,

After ingesting 330 mg of DXM last night I took a supplement containing both l-tryptophan and phenibut. Very worried that there may be a negative interaction such as SSRI syndrome . Can anyone please advise?

I did search, but I didn't find a specific answer.

You'll be fine. They are just amino acids at the end of the day. Plus Phenibut doesn't effect serotonin as far as I know.
