Opioids Using fent while on sublocade

I got my first sublocade shot 300mg and I'm due for my second one. I've been using for the last week. My question is will I be ok to get my next shot with 36 hours off fent?

I'm sure I still have subs in my system

This is a fascinating scenario that could go in different ways and is challenging to predict.

But I would have to err on the side of believing if you are getting any positive effect from taking fent after bupe, then you are very likely to experience severe negative effects if you take bupe 36 hrs after fent.

It is possible that the negative effects will be mild. It is possible depending on tolerance and recently habituated activity that the bupe will only sober you up. It is also extremely possible that you will be in hell...

In such a scenario, I would do what I could to have a benzo backup available in case of emergency. It may be one of the few things that can alleviate the pain of precipitated withdrawal.
