I had my first pill around 4 months ago, now every time i go out, which has been close to every weekend or at least every few weeks for the last few months i have taken at least 1 pill and double/triple dropped most of the time. I am at the stage where double dropping barely gives me a 2-3hour high sometimes less, but no where near as strong as the past.

I am starting to worry about the long term affects from the last few months and am planning on stopping after NYE. Basically i cant go out without double dropping and i have had a lot of different side affects since taking them, including memory loss, anxiety, depression, sleeping problems, decreased coordination (dropping things alot), struggling to interact with family and friends and im sure theres more.
My best mate is even worse than me, he goes out at least once a week, usually 2 or 3 times a week and will double drop + take speed/ juice and tops it off with a K day the following day, however he has very little side affects!

Would love to hear your thoughts,
Cheers

STOP RIGHT NOW! What the hell are you doing? Listen to yourself, you have already done enough damage. No more drugs! (For A LONG TIME.)
Not even alcohol if you can help it.
Some people for what ever reason do handle drugs better than others both mentally and physically.
Your friend is also fucked.

Don't believe your friends BULLSHIT, he certainly will have side effects. He just manages to keep his shit together well.
I recommend getting on a good diet and exercise more (do anything you can to be as healthy as possible.)

I don't think the above kind of responses are very helpful in this situation.

To tell someone who has been using drugs every weekend to stop cold turkey and not even drink is a bit over the top...

Look you haven't been doing it that long, so you're not going to be permanently damaged. Let's get real, a lot of people have been dropping E every weekend for 10 years. Most experiences show that your body will repair itself, even if damage is done. It may take a few weeks or a few months, but you're not suffering long-term brain damage. Your brain just needs a bit of time to heal, but it is a very powerful and strong organ and will heal itself.

My advice would be to make some active changes, but don't make your life miserable and worry too much about it to the point where you can't have a drink! If anything make some lifestyle changes. instead of having a big night out on E, have a few drinks with friends and go home early. Take a few weeks to a month off. Find other ways to enjoy going out or find some other activities to do on a weekend off. I went to a theme park one weekend to get a good, natural high and avoided all drugs! You've got to get creative. This way you can enjoy your E use more. Get a hobbie. Spend a weekend working on something important or go on a short vacation. Get out of the scene for a few weeks, I don't know, go to the beach or something, you get the idea...

Try some other drugs. Maybe experiment with psychedelics- I don't know, something that doesn't act on the same receptors.

But don't take this to mean 'go and develop an opiate addiction.' But if you believe you can handle poly-drug use without addiction potential (as some can), dabble with some other 'highs' to replace the E while you space out your rolls more.

But you're going to have to minimise your E use. The good news is you don't have to stop forever. But do take some time off until you feel well again. Then you can try using more responsibly.

There's also some other options. Invest in some pre loading and post loading for harm minimisation. 5htp can do wonders. Buy some piracetam- you will feel much better very soon. Do some research and make your own choices. But get better informed and work out the best regime for you to use E as responsibly as you can. Because I know you don't want to stop forever, and why should you? It's a wonderful drug.

I'm telling you all of this because my story is similar. I've used E every weekend for the past year, almost, except for a few weeks off here and there, mixed in with a bit of poly-drug use. And whilst I have not had any long-term negative side effects apart from one panic attack, I have come to the conclusion that something needs to change with my drug use, before any of the nasty stuff kicks in. But does that mean I'm going to do a full detox and join a nunnery? Hell no. It just means doing some research and making more informed, responsible decisions.

Good luck.

as someone who took mdma(2c-b and2c-e) daily for half my senior year of highschool,
stop now dude,
go get some shrooms man

Sounds like you have some tollerance issues and really need to stop for a while but four months of use / abuse if you can straighten out now then it is by no means too late for a total and full recovery.

The fact you are posting and showing signs of caring is a major step in the right direction.

It would seem to me a fairly simple choice ahead of you. Either continue in the current direction that will without a doubt cause you long term issues or some how make a change of lifestyle and slow things down. Look at things and people that dont involve drugs and appreciate a side of life drug free (at least for the short term).

Axing drugs for the short term would be a good idea but not essential for the future you just need some recovery time after four months of a lot of abuse. A healthy exercise regime with some choice supps and diet considerations will work wonders for the symptoms you describe which are text book for over doing it on MDMA.

If you can stop now after NYE good choice, make some important changes and all will come good.

My only advice, stop.

My own long story cut real short, I researched MDMA daily and KNEW the side effects from abuse and limited my rolls to 4 weeks apart, then I was sick of seeing everyone around me rolling every single weekend and appearing to be fine so I thought fuck it these side effects of depression and memory loss and anxiety are BS... after rolling for 13 weeks straight every weekend, the last 5 with meth combined.... from then on MDMA just does not work the same but that was the least of my worries as it had caused me anxiety issues, depression with violent moodswings, memory recall was fucked among other things. I still kept rolling here and there all without meth except for once and it just didnt work the same for me - MDMA now makes me feel floored and really tired but not in a way that its an amazing wow i could sit here feel amazingly fucked forever, but a real shit disgusting dirty want to sleep floored, the empathy and loved upness isnt there, music enhancement is minor and the comedown which was once a WONDERFUL afterglow to die for is now absolute hell. Now I have to take MDMA with meth in order to feel anythign decent in which case it is qnejoyable but again isnt a true MDMA high its a chargy, yet loved up aswell feeling however it is extremely neurotoxic. I now dont use either and have returned to bodybuilding lfiestyle that I was once doing great at... if I ever roll again it wont be anytime soon and will be with pure MDMA crystal and not presses.

Take it from me, MDMA is not a drug to be absued reagrdless of what any etard every weekend roller says - keep in mind the people you see out every weekend rolling you never see them sober (and chances are if they do they have a wet mop personailty), asking them whilst they are high whether they get depressed or any side effects one either they wont realise their week is consisted of doom like depressed feelings and axiety they dont atrribute it to their weekin week out MDMA use .. if that makes sense

well, it's your choice. it sounds like you enjoy it. i think you should hang out with your family and friends and think of some things you might enjoy on the weekend other than going out at night.
