Bupe Using Bupe Rectally, Suppository, Plugging Info?

Im considering using suboxone through means of rectal administration, I am on a maintenance dose of 8mg a day and have been for quite some time (2 years, then off 5 months, now on for 5 months again) and have one question, I understand the process and know what to do, but i was wondering if it is necessary to excrete my solid waste first before i administer, or is it relatively as effective without and enema or going "number 2", "making stool", or just plain old "pooping"?
 
It’s generally a good idea to plug until directly after having a bowel movement. Enema is not necessary whatsoever IME. It’s the same as plugging anything else basically. Don’t want to waste your drug by it getting absorbed in feces, but if you poop first you’ll be fine.
