Using anti-epilectics to safely enjoy bupropion and tramadol.

Hi y'all. Let me start by saying I am one of the few people that catch a nice, speedy, happy buzz from tramadol, and snorting bupropion XL gives me an insanely happy day. I am both opioid and psych med tolerant. I guess I'm just in that 1% that gets something from these drugs. That said, I know that this combo can cause a seizure festival. 8( With that in mind, I take 600mg gabapentin every four hours, and 2mg K-pin every 5 hours. Both of these drugs help prevent seizures, and they don't mess up my happy trip. (Actually, I think the K-pin helps add a pleasant mellowness to it all.) I have never had a seizure on this mix of meds. Oh, and I consume about 300-400mg bupropion (up my nose) and 10-15 50mg tramadol in a typical day. I would greatly appreciate any constructive comments, suggestions, experiences, etc. Much thanks to all that contribute useful, harm reduction advice or experiences. Peace. %)

Tramadol may be mildly recreational for some, but bupropion?

In the spirit of harm reduction I would strongly recommend that you save your nose by not snorting bupropion.

Just because you haven't had a seizure yet, doesn't mean you can't get one.

Bupropion is indeed recreational, its an amphetamine to boot. It is, though, more corrosive than ethylphenidate, which says a lot.

I used to use around the same quantity as you, but I did a water extraction and collected the film after evaporation.

Not to nitpick (being that you're not wrong) but It's a substituted cathinone/amphetamine and behaves more similarly to cathinones than it does amphetamines from what I remember. As far as it being recreational though that's debatable I guess, one of those drugs that caters to some and not others. I certainly don't recommend anyone try and get high off of it due to the seizure risk associated with "recreational" doses though.

I decided to give snorting bupropion a go today. Did 75 mgs. in two lines one up each nostril. It gives a pretty damn good rush,then a decent stim high for like a half hour,then crashing. Redosed once, still got a rush, though not as good this time and once again only about a half hour til the comedown commenced. If it lasted longer and wasnt so hard on the nose, this might be worth doing. But as it is, fuck bupropion. Oh yeah, also have now had a terrible sinus headache from bad sinus congestion that doesnt seem to wanna clear on my right side. Once again, fuck bupropion
