Using a Parachute to Plug Cocaine

I am considering using a parachute to plug coke. I just used a syringe, but I am wondering if it would be affective to put some in toilet paper and plug it that way as I would with an empty capsule if I had one.
 
If you have two ply toilet paper then take one ply off. Add the cocaine and roll it up in a ball. Add 2-3 drops of water onto the toilet paper then quickly plug it.
