If someone who had a previous heroin addiction who is completely clean now were to use 7-OH strictly once a week on a Saturday, is there any way this would cause physical withdrawals? Also this would be a smaller dosage of 7-OH in the 14 mg. range at once

Depends if you’ve been using maintenance meds or if you’ve bern completely clean and off all opioids and for how long. For most people, kindling is an issue. It’s very difficult to get to a point where the bodies endorphin system is back to baseline and it’s very easy to deregulate that system and go back to zero with say five unbroken days of use

I feel like opioid kindling is either unknown to most people or isn't discussed often enough.

Even after a year with zero opioids, a couple lines of heroin over the course of 24 hours resulted in a mild but certainly noticeable rebound. Whether you'd call this a true withdrawal syndrome is going to depend on the individual but it was definitely uncomfortable and reminiscent of one.

I will say This of heroin. I never used heroin being completely naive to heroin, I had had some experience with opioids but had been sober for over a year when I began using it. That said. From the first day I used heroin I felt sick every day after. After my first day using I felt unwell enough that the very next day I used more. I was t terribly ill. I was just a tiny bit sick. Enough that doctor wrote me a sick day for my symptoms. But even then it had made me at the very least want to use so badly that I just wanted to be on heroin badly enough that it just kind of colored not using heroin that day as entirely unacceptable and I used heroin for the next five years from that day. I wasn’t sick. I wasn’t unhappy. But I was so compelled to use heroin that against my better judgement I just did.

1x a week would be ok.

2x a week and it’s over.

if you think opioids are reallly that exciting or fufilling of drugs to take the risk of the hell of dependency again just for “one time” ….go for it.

they are more of a medical utility or a PED for physical / painful things you are forced to do in life - i don’t see a reason for doing them other than that.

why are you wanting to do them? theres way more fun drugs

even if its just for relaxing imo i actually prefer benzos for relaxation than opioids
