My friend, a Pharmacists, told me these things..... ( Hopefully useful)
Suboxone Sublingual Film, Use: Opioid receptor partial agonist, antagonist. Opiate dependence (with medical, social, psychological treatment), Ingredients: buprenorphine hydrochloride; naloxone hydrochloride, it comes in Pack 2 mg/0.5 mg [28] and Pack 8 mg/2 mg [28]
Subutex, Ingredients: buprenorphine, Use: Opioid receptor partial agonist, antagonist. Opiate dependence incl maintenance, detox (with medical, social, psychological treatment), it comes in 3 forms of strengths , Pack 0.4 mg [7] ,Pack 2 mg [7] , and last one is Pack 8 mg [7]
As for Suboxone, the ingredients include opioid antagonist.
I just don't understand, why the Company manufacture such as thing, that the effect of the opioid ingredients would cancel out each other.
Anyone got any clue?
