Usefelness of a broken piece

A huge chunk of my bowl broke off not too long ago and we had to mold the rest of it with aluminum foil, it looked absolutely ghetto. I've replaced it since then, though.
But I would defintiely say epoxy, as well!

420 cleaner works just as well as rubbing alcohol and salt, which is significantly cheaper. I know someone who purchases 420 cleaner by the case, and it still comes out to costing more. Sorta off topic for this thread, but especially for someone like me who cleans her bong extremely often, 420 cleaner is a waste of money.
 
if ya give up on it a neat thing to do if you know a glass blower is ask them to trow it in their kiln till it melts flat, they make for cool paper weights

Exactly. The blue shit must give it the scent. I have a bottle right now and the only reason I have it is because they gave it to me for free when I bought my JBD. When it runs out, I will be purchasing rubbing alcohol and salt for a fraction of the cost of a bottle of 420 cleaner.

I realize this tread is alittle old but I have a new discovery. I recently bought a broken pipe for 5 dollars, a massive 350 dollar bubbler that had a broken mouth piece so it was deadly sharp. Like stab a robber and kill him sharp. I bought sand paper from home depot and sanded it for 3 hours. Now its as good as new. The mouth piece is slightly fat since i had to sand it to the stem and its wider, but for saving 345 dollars yeah it was worth it. So sand your broken pieces if they mean anything to yuo and you can save them that way. It really works!
