Used all my Methylphenidate and I’m going away for 2 weeks .

I’ve used all my Methylphenidate and I’m going on a family hol in 2 days . My doctor won’t give me anymore as I’m not due any until sept . I’m so worried now I’m gonna lose my mind whilst I’m away . I’ve ran out in the past and havnt been too bad but I don’t want to wreck the holiday . Is there anything which will help or is the comedown not too bad ?
