Opioids use after dependence. Will i wd after one use

After i had gotten dependent on roxis i stopped cold turkey and went through wd's. Ive been trying to find out if 3 weeks is enough clean time to take my script again only as needed for my migrane headaches. I am prescribed 30mg roxi and was taking for migranes and turned into everyday use. I have had a script for 15 years and never let it get out of hand untill a year ago when i wasnt knowledgable about the harsh wd symptoms. I know from my previous 15 years i can use once a week and have no side affects. So will one use after 3 weeks kick my wd back with only half a 30mg roxi and thats it?
