USA East Coast - Yellow/Green Turtles Piperazine?

wonder if anyone has any info on green turtles or yellow turtles with the turtle raised and not stamped in. i was pretty sure that they were just meth bombed nasty buggers but i was told by someone last night that they werent even rolls but piperazine. the info i got on pillreports or a website like that said the yellows were mdma + meth but primarly meth.

just trying to figure out more info on these god awful shits.

oh and what exactly is piperazine and why would someone press them into rolls....? it read on wikipedia it was a chemical used to get parasites out of peoples bodies... or something?

I took two of these tonight and they are complete crap.
Like the above poster have said most likely Piperazine with a minute amount of MDMA. Don't buy these if you can help it.
