US RC Bans (most 2C-xs)

This bill could easily die in committee. Just because it'll be seen as a "smart thing" doesn't mean it's high priority.

^ I hope for this, although I am not from USA. This ban can affect the whole world.

Any ideas on when it should take place?

chances are it wont, its the government if they see a ban on any drug of course there gonna pass it.

Just for comparison purposes, when JWH-018 was banned, did it go through the same process as this? If so, when was the bill introduced, and when did it go into effect?

I feel for those of you that are mad, but personally IDC, I've never had a chance to try one because they just don't seem like my thing.

No. The DEA put 5 RCs, including 018 into "Emergency Scheduling". Some individual states had already banned 018 alone, or 018 + combination of other RCs but there was never federal legislation introduced by the house or senate that banned 018. This was purely a move by the DEA.

The more shit they ban, the worse the RCs get. You ban bud you move to JWH-*** with nobody-knows-what in it and unknown health effects of the pure chemical. You ban JWH-***, people move to AM-2201 which people compare to nerve gas in more than half of the experiences I've seen. You ban AM-2201 kids move to huffing paint. See what legalizing would do? It's the same with hallucinogens, legalize acid and problems go away.

This severely irriates me. More people are going to die over smuggling these RC's, also from inpuritys that will now be put into the RC's before they are sold for more profit. -_- the war on drugs is clearly not working, WHEN THE FUCK WILL THEY REALIZE THIS?!

But it is working, sadly just not in our favor. Mad money to be made off the drug war and prisons, who cares if it costs you a couple million to lobby when your profits will be 10X that at least. I believe CCA gets paid per prisoner per day, and its on the stock market. Not to forget the 100,000+ jobs created to fight this war.

It's a shame that greed has caused some quite interesting compounds to be locked away, but they will still be around.

And above poster, not paint. Smarties
